Est-ce que le projet s\u2019est appuy\u00e9 sur des donn\u00e9es, des \u00e9tudes, des chiffres, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments concrets ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: newspaper; text-kashida-space: 50%; margin-right: 4.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; line-height: 110%; font-family: Arial; mso-default-font-family: Arial; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-latin-font-family: Arial; mso-greek-font-family: Arial; mso-cyrillic-font-family: Arial; mso-hebrew-font-family: Arial; mso-arabic-font-family: Arial; mso-latinext-font-family: Arial; language: FR-CA; mso-ansi-language: FR-CA;\">Le ministre Bernard Drainville lui-m\u00eame a affirm\u00e9 que la consultation publique qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e n\u2019\u00e9tait pas scientifique. C\u2019est sp\u00e9cifiquement l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le b\u00e2t blesse. Le projet ne se base sur aucun probl\u00e8me s\u00e9rieux mais sur des rumeurs, des opinions que l\u2019on pense saisir dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: newspaper; text-kashida-space: 50%; margin-right: 4.5pt;\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>Non, il est impossible que le Parti Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois puisse r\u00e9ellement \u00eatre de bonne foi avec cette proposition. Les soubassements doivent \u00eatre forc\u00e9ment cherch\u00e9s ailleurs. Comment esp\u00e8re-t-on faire passer un projet qui nous l\u2019avons vu n\u2019a pas de chance de passer le test des tribunaux et qui est inapplicable ? Le concept m\u00eame de retrait possible de la part de certains \u00e9tablissements est illogique. Comment peut-on se retirer des valeurs communes d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ? Clairement, le PQ devait avoir quelque chose derri\u00e8re la t\u00eate. Je ne vois pas autre chose qu\u2019une volont\u00e9 d\u2019aller raviver la flamme nationale et d\u2019aller titiller et flatter la fibre identitaire d\u2019une certaine partie de la population. Pourquoi au juste ? L\u2019annonce \u00e9tait dans l\u2019air. Cependant, Madame Marois a tranch\u00e9. Pas d\u2019\u00e9lections pour le moment. Seulement, cela aura \u00e9t\u00e9 un coup d\u2019\u00e9p\u00e9e dans l\u2019eau. Si l\u2019on regarde tr\u00e8s rapidement ce qu\u2019il se passe sur la plan\u00e8te, c\u2019est ici que le climat social est le meilleur en ce qui concerne ces questions. Cela faisait en sorte que l\u2019on attirait les immigrants les plus \u00e0 m\u00eame de venir contribuer \u00e0 cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 plurielle qui vivait ensemble sans heurts et sans accrocs majeurs. Je ne parle m\u00eame pas des r\u00e9percussions sur ce qu\u2019il se dit du Qu\u00e9bec dans le reste du Canada et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: newspaper; text-kashida-space: 50%; margin-right: 4.5pt;\">Ce projet a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un d\u00e9bat certes utile mais qui n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9 de la bonne fa\u00e7on. En annon\u00e7ant un projet d\u2019interdiction des signes religieux, ceux qui les portent ont le risque de penser qu\u2019on leur envoie le message qu\u2019ils sont ind\u00e9sirables. L\u2019argument \u00e9non\u00e7ant qu\u2019ils doivent s\u2019adapter \u00e0 leur soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019accueil et qu\u2019ils sont chanceux d\u2019avoir pu fuir la violence de leur pays d\u2019origine ne tient bien \u00e9videmment pas la route car m\u00eame si je ne suis bien-s\u00fbr pas<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>le premier \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9crire il est important de le rappeler.
