En effet, l\u2019auteur ma\u00eetrise le fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 merveille, et poss\u00e8de une \u00e9rudition hors norme, \u00e0 l\u2019image du Roi Hassan II, qui \u00e0 son \u00e9poque jouissait d\u2019une renomm\u00e9e internationale, et \u00e9tait respect\u00e9 dans le monde entier, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son intelligence, son sens de la r\u00e9partie, et sa ma\u00eetrise de la culture fran\u00e7aise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: newspaper; text-kashida-space: 50%; margin-right: 3.75pt; margin-bottom: 4.5pt;\">Sur le fond, j\u2019avoue que j\u2019ai du mal \u00e0 suivre le prince. La r\u00e9ponse n\u2019est pas \u00e9vidente dans la mesure o\u00f9 il convient de distinguer entre la monarchie et le \u00ab\u00a0makhzen\u00a0\u00bb. Si l\u2019on arrivait \u00e0 d\u00e9coupler les deux faces du r\u00e9gime, le \u00ab\u00a0makhzen\u00a0\u00bb pourrait p\u00e9rir mais la monarchie survivre, voire se r\u00e9inventer. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique pr\u00e9suppose une justice incorruptible, ce qui n\u2019est pas le cas au Maroc et ne le sera pas tant que le syst\u00e8me n\u2019aura pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9mocratis\u00e9 de fond en comble. Ensuite, le \u00ab\u00a0makhzen\u00a0\u00bb ne s\u2019est toujours pas d\u00e9sengag\u00e9 de la sph\u00e8re \u00e9conomique\u00a0; et puisque la monarchie se confond avec le \u00ab\u00a0makhzen\u00a0\u00bb, elle reste embourb\u00e9e dans le statu quo ante.
