Ce centre serait abrit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnellement dans une structure universitaire disposant de comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le centre devra \u00eatre dot\u00e9 d\u2019une base de donn\u00e9es permettant le suivi en temps r\u00e9el des ressources naturelles dans la R\u00e9gion de Tadla Azilal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mise en place d\u2019une \u00ab\u00a0<b>Fondation Tadla Azilal pour les Etudes et la Protection de l\u2019Environnement<\/b>\u00a0\u00bb avec les moyens humains, techniques et financiers n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 son bon fonctionnement s\u2019appuyant sur une forte implication des comp\u00e9tences de la R\u00e9gion de Tadla Azilal, et la mobilisation des fonds &amp; financements en mati\u00e8re d\u2019environnement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette Fondation sera l\u2019organe de tutelle, de contr\u00f4le, de financement et de gestion fonctionnelle du centre r\u00e9gional d\u2019observation du climat et de l\u2019environnement pr\u00e9cit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investissement massif dans l\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable et l\u2019introduction des panneaux solaires et thermo-solaires (par exemple, parc solaire \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion d\u2019Ait AATAB)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Ad\u00e9quation\u00a0 et convergence des programmes d\u2019\u00e9conomie de l\u2019eau, de l\u2019irrigation, la reconversion des cultures c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8res vers l\u2019arboriculture fruiti\u00e8re \u00e0 grande valeur ajout\u00e9e\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une approche syst\u00e9mique de renforcement et de la gestion de la r\u00e9silience avec l\u2019identification des indicateurs de tous les secteurs,<\/li>\n<li>Initiation des programmes de coop\u00e9ration interuniversitaires dans le domaine de l\u2019environnement et de l\u2019adaptation aux changements climatiques\u00a0en se focalisant sur les cas de la r\u00e9gion de Tadla Azilal;<\/li>\n<li>Organisation de forums r\u00e9gionaux r\u00e9guliers d\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019expertise et de savoir-faire dans le domaine des changements climatiques et de l\u2019environnement\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Sensibilisation et information des responsables, des \u00e9lus et des citoyens, au niveau local, \u00a0sur les bonnes pratiques pour pr\u00e9server l\u2019environnement<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9localisation des industries agroalimentaires dans la R\u00e9gion de Tadla Azilal;<\/li>\n<li>Promotion du r\u00f4le du Maroc en tant que Hub de coop\u00e9ration et de transfert de technologies, climatiques et environnementales vers les pays de l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019ouest.<\/li>\n<li>La promotion de la coop\u00e9ration triangulaire (Maroc, organismes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s de l\u2019ONU, Afrique de l\u2019Ouest) en mati\u00e8re d\u2019adaptation aux changements climatiques, de d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, d\u2019\u00e9change de donn\u00e9es et d\u2019\u00e9laboration de programmes communs de recherche\u00a0; afin de permettre aux intervenants marocains en mati\u00e8re de changements climatiques et de l\u2019environnement de tisser des liens de coop\u00e9ration avec leurs homologues
